I like to make things happen. I will take my time to understand a problem and then work with you to find the solution. I work through a systems lens, either working within or outside of the system to enable change.

I work on a high trust relational basis. I will ask questions....lots of them to understand the problem and your perspective. I will respectfully challenge your thinking and work through various methodologies rooted in te ao Māori.

I can work with anyone from community to corporate. Individuals to facilitating large groups. With my experience in coaching and youth development I am able to work with people of all ages from tamariki through to kaumatua.
