   I can organise, but I also have flexibility that complements this ability. I like to determine how all of the pieces and resources can be arranged for maximum productivity.

   I create alternative ways to proceed. Faced with any given scenario, I can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues.

   I can make things happen by turning thought into action. I want to do things now, rather than simply talk about them.
